I’ve collected my sources and I just want a basic numbering endnote beginning with 1 through … as needed, but I am having trouble with a URL as the number 2 source. Please advise how to sequentially set up endnotes by number.
Perhaps it is me, but i really don’t understand the question… - is the second “reference type”, an online source (webpage)? Has the appropriate “Ref type” been applied and does the selected style have a template defined for that “ref type”?
