While I using online search (Pubmed), It always takes more time than X6. And can’t retrieve records.
Ask for help.

Search field is PMID. Previous version works very well. In X7, it shows times out.
Same here! I can’t retrieve or find records when I populate the Title Field. I’m using Papers 2 for Mac too and no problem. When I directly search pubmed, there is no problem too.

I tried redownloading the connections files and reinstalling Endnote X7 with no success.
Mac Os 10.8.4 fully up-to-date.

I just tested PubMed online search with X7.0.1 and there is no problem. Tried both PMID search and author/title search.

I did the same test with our Mac (PIMID and author/title search) and the online search in PubMed worked just fine. I have OS 10.7.5 and X7.
Philou54: You write that you are using a trial version of EndNote. Have you checked if the online search is available in the trial version? The trial version has limitations.
