Pages 5.0.1 update available on OSX 10.9 (Mavericks)

Hi guys,

So, it appears that Apple today released Pages 5.0.1. It’s purported to have fixed a few “bugs” among other things (customizable toolbars are also back, apparently!) Has anyone been brave enough to install it? If so, any word on its usage with EndNote in general, and specifically X7? I’d be happy to download it and give it a spin, but I really can’t afford to have my current work hosed. Thanks very much for any information!

Okay, so I couldn’t resist trying it with a blank document and EndNote X7. Sorry to report that it appears to have fixed none of the citation problems with EndNote. Hoping that pesky plugin gets updated by Apple in the very near future.

I’ve been using EN in various upgrades and survived most OS changes until Maverics and Pages 5 came along… I was tryng to use Pages 4.9 but was pretty much ‘foced’ to v5, had I know the problems I might have tried harder and might still go back on another machine.  My problem is that references are put in the list in the order that they are entered and not alpha, sinvce has been ok from time long past.  I cannot reformat according to a new style (unselectable0.  I’ve not been through all the threads to see but I have gone back to Word (14.3.9) and it seems to work fine.
