Possible to create an exception?

I have one reference, a multi-volume set, that I want to appear as a regular footnote the first time (Chicago 15th A) with repeated citations following this format: Short Title Volume, page #.

Example: CD III.2, 148. (notice the author is removed, the short title is italized, the volume is not italicized, and there is no puncation b/t the title and volume).

It would be acceptable to include the author so as to read:

Barth, CD III.2, 148.

I’m hoping to avoid the Ibid. but only for this record; everything else in the manuscript should follow the normal procedures.

I’m using EndNote X2.
