Printing references from Reference Manager v.10

I have tried to print a copy of a reference in one of my databases, however, not all the fields printed (29, 30, 31 which are MISC fields). After trying to edit an output style, which didn’t work for me, I’ve decided to ask! I can’t figure out where I’m going wrong.

Was there a specific Output Style that you wanted the record(s) to use?

Adding the MISC fields to the output style, specifically for the definition for the Reference Type in question, should get the contents of those fields to appear in the printed results.  Each reference type has it’s own definition, so it’s easy to plug the desired fields in the Definition for Generic, and overlook the fact that the list along the left.
