Hello,
I’m working with Endnote X8 and I would like to use my references as BibTex in my Rmarkdown document.
So I downloaded the output style ‘BibTeX Export using EN Label Field.ens’ which I thought would create labels for me. But it didn’t, so I started giving my references labels (Author+Year) on my own.
The BibteX Preview in Endnote looked like I wanted it to be.
So I exportet the references as .txt and changed it to .bib.
But as I opened the .bib my labels were removed and there were record numbers instead.
Can somebody please tell my why this happened and what I can do to keep my labels and not get the Record numbers?
