Problem with Cite Import with Word

Hello,

I´m having trouble to import a citation “Author-Date”. The EndNote preview is different to Word.

EndNote.jpg shows the EndNote preview.

Word.jpg shows the result in Word.

I´m from the company support and not familiar with EndNote.  I just trying to help our customer who has this issue.

This customer worked with EndNote 9 and use a 9 library. EndNote X 3 has been installed recently and this

problem occured.

Computer: Windows XP SP3, MS Word 2003, EndNote X3 already reinstalled, using a library from EndNote 9

A common mistake is to assume that the style selected in endnote - is the style selected in the manuscript.  See Jason’s reply here to a similar thread.
