Problem with compressing an EndNote Library

Dear EndNote community!

Until recently I’ve used Endnote (v. X2 for Mac using OS10.4.11 on MacBook Pro). I typically back up my libraries periodically using the “Compressed library (.enlx)” function, but this function no onger works! Every time i select File > Compressed library (.enlx) > Create … nothing happens - I do not get a usual dialog box. Please let me know how I can fix the problem; I would be very much obliged.

Does this happen with all libraries or a specific library? Try opening the Sample Library in EndNote and try the same process. Does the same happen?
