Problem with images

Hello all.

I have a strange problem with images: I can insert image in a word doc by endnote (find figure button).

The figure appears with the caption.

But:

  1. I cannot edit the captions (I receive the error: “this is not an editable citation”

  2. I cannot make the list figure (clicking the “generate list figure” button, it start but the list leaves empty).
