Problem with new Install

Hello,

I’ve got a Mac running the latest OS. When I installed Endnote 7x got an error box (Can’t load visual basic for applications) that basically shuts down Word. I’m leary of tinkering. The last upgrade crashed my entire system. I will greatly appreciate any steps for a fix.

The Visual Basic component needs to be installed in Word 2011 in order for the EndNote tools to work properly. Please see this Knowledge Base article for more information:
