Please excuse me of this question has been answered.
I am trying to figire out how to use the short form. I have a bibliograhy that appears at the end of each chapter in my book. I occasionally cite an article early in the chapter and then want to cite it later and generate a new bibliography entry (an new number) using the short form.
Currently using the Output style: Chicago Manual of Style with “Sections” turned on. If this is my text:
"Jones(22) says the world is flat, but Baker(23) says it is round but Jones(22) states Baker is out of his mind.
The bibliography appears like this:
- Jones (2010) “The world is flat” World Review 10:223 (these are made up references and formatted incorrectly)
- Baker (2010) “The world is round” World Studies 10:334
---------------------
I need to use the short form to create duplicate references so it looks like this:
“Jones(22) says the world is flat, but Baker(23) says it is round but Jones(24) states Baker is out of his mind.”
With the short form showing up below in reference 24:
22. Jones (2010) “The world is flat” World Review 10:223
23. Baker (2010) “The world is round” World Studies 10:334
24. Jones (2010)
How do I do this in EndNote with CWYW Word (Windows)?
