Req. Help - Style Needs Bib. Ref. as "Simpson, H." - How Do I Set that Up please?

The journal is Journal of Thermal Biology (Gee, I wish these journals had these styles retrievable from their websites).  They require “Lastname, First Initial. (period) at the end”

Thanks if you considered helping me.   It is NOT intuitive when you read through the manual about separating author lists in the bibliography.
