Sorting in my library by date dd.mm.yyyy?

Hi all,

Is it possible to sort by date in the form of “dd.mm.yyyy”? I have some hundred of legal acts I want to be sorted by date in EndNote. When I click on the column header “year”, it returns me: 01.01.2002, 01.02.1923 and ends with “21.12.1994”.

Can I change it to have 1923 before 1994 before 2002? And how?

I need the date format like this, but will be able to reformat it, if I can change it in my Output Style to appear like “dd.mm.yyyy”.
