Style: just display authors surname in small Caps

Hi,

I am using Endnote X2 and I am trying to create a style where just the surnames of authors are in small caps like the one below

 hmm CSS is not allowed so no way to show it here correctly

<small caps>Hanline</small caps>, Mary F.; <small caps>Halvorsen</small caps>,
Ann: Parent Perceptions of the Integration Transition Process: Overcoming
Artificial Barriers, Exceptional Children 55 (1989) Heft 6 S.487-492

Would really be pleased if somebody could help me.

I do not believe that this is possible in Endnote.
