Sync issues

Hi

Started using this programme late last year and had no issues. Am now working on another paper and everthing was going quite well until about half an hour ago when the Endnote on-line and Desktop would no longer synch. The error message is that ‘the Username/Password specified is not invalid’. Please let me know how to remedy this.

Hi there, You just need to re-enter your email address and password in EndNote preferences/sync. For Windows, click the edit menu/preferences/sync. For Mac, click the EndNote menu/preferences/sync. I hope this is helpful!
