I’m trying to program the style I have to have footnote citations the same if the citation is repeated. This is the template i’m using: Author. Title. bls. Pages. And it only shows bls. (means page number). I’ve gotten the same code to work in other places in the style. What am I doing wrong?

Which Footnote style? Is it specifically doing this for one that immediately follows the first citation? Are you certain that the settings for repeated citations in the footnote template are the same for consecutive citations, --? see the options you have in the output style. Note that repeated citations that are not consecutive, will use the “short form” as defined in the template sections, but if they are consecutive - they can be shorter and omit repeated information.
