One of our users reports not being able to connect to our local library catalog (U of Pittsburgh). He doesn’t seem to be able to connect to other library catalogs either. He can, however, connect to PubMed (which is also free), and to our library’s subscription products(which are not).
I had him download and install the latest connection file at endnote.com/support, and also verified his folder locations.
Any ideas?
