New User - Connection Questions

Hello…

I’ve just started using EndNote for my RA project and as I am at a university, I am trying to figure out how to connect to our databases.  I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong as I was able to last week and now it’s telling me I’m an unauthorized user and firewalls are not permitting me to connect.

Does anyone have any suggestions before I call our library and yell at them?  lol…

What error message are you getting and are you trying to access while on or off-campus? 

Did you recheck that you’re using the correct connection file for your library and that the connection settings*are also correct.

* (EDIT, CONNECTION FILES, OPEN CONNECTION MANAGER; select the connection file and click EDIT, then in the connection file window, select CONNECTION SETTINGS)
