Hello community,
I want to (temporarily) turn off the CWYW plug-ins in my copy of Mac Word (2016). I think they are interefering with mail merge and I need to test this. (I also need to send out some emails today). I don’t want to necessarily give up on CWYW just yet but everytime I try to turn off the plugins in the dialog, then quit and restart word, they come back.
Write now, it’s all just hanging.
Suggestions?
You will need to use the following steps to remove the EndNote tools from Word.
Click the EndNote menu and select “Customizer.”
Uncheck the box in front of the “Cite While You Write” option.
Click next until the Customizer is finished
When you want the tools back
Click the EndNote menu and select “Customizer.”
Check the box in front of the “Cite While You Write” option.
Click next until the Customizer is finished
Then open Word 2016 and check that the tab is back.
