I recently upgraded to EndNoteX9, but I am not longer able to insert citations or format the bibliography in the word document I was working on. Also the Ribbon tab EndNoteX9 is not present in the word document (and I cannot customize the Ribbon tab and check EndNote because EndNote is not even in the list). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
