I’m working with a student who is using an edited version of Harvard. She has multiple papers, published in the same year with matching authors. Endnote is persistently adding the firs tname of these authors for these citations, despite the fact is already disambiguating them with 'a’s and 'b’s after the year.
Things we hav etried: checking the style settings to ensure no other factors in dismabiugation were at play; and stripping out the names and re entering them in case of any errant spacing/code/punctuation.
So far no success. Any ideas?
