I have no idea why it will not insert into my word 10 document.
Any ideas?
I assume this refers to footnote citations with word 2010. – there is a bug. I think it works better with out of the box X4 without the update to 4.0.1, but even then - there are some footnote bugs. Contact tech support, they might have a beta trial for the update to fix it? see the notes for the X4.0.1 update here and a discussion of the bugs in this thread. Seems they tried to fix one bug by making it impossible to insert the footnote in the first place!
