Urgent: Cwyw disappear from word

Cite while you write has disappeared in my Word 2007.

I have tried many methods but it still cannot reappear:

  1. the 2 methods described in Endnote website

  2. try to click back in “add in” in word

  3. Uninstall and reinstall the endnote X2

  4. Uninstall and reinstall both word and endnote X2

Could anyone tell me how to fix the problem: to make the endnote cite while your write reappear? Many many thanks!
