Major frustration - urgent help needed. Trying to write my PhD and after a routine upgrade Endnote and Word are not working. Trying to get work done to a close deadline, have wasted four hgours already today trying to sort this by following variuous links. Please help!

Call tech support! You shouldn’t have updated to 7.7 with Mac word 2011 I think.

I am sorry to hear you had this issue. EndNote X7.7 is compatible with Word 2011 for Mac. Are you not seeing the EndNote commands under the Tools menu or are the commands not working?
