Vista OS and Word 2007

Hi there,

I have an academic who is running a Vista OS and word 2007. When inserting a reference she gets a message that says "the parameter is incorrect" and when closing down the document she gets a message than says "do you want to save the changes to EN10CWYW".

 

The endnote.com page has some information on what seems to be a similar problem when selecting preferences. This case seems to be occurring when inserting a reference and doesn't actually stop you inserting the reference. Does anyone have some experience of this and know how to stop these messages?

I have an iMac computer-using boot camp with Vista Home preimium & MS word 2007.

However, I do not see EndNote in the Add-On ribbon??
