When you don't want a bibliography

If you don’t want a separate bibliography for your paper, but want bibliographic data only in the footnotes, you can do it in EndNote, but it is deeply hidden. You have to go to Edit Output Style, choose the style you are editing, go down to footnotes ( not bibliography), and deselect the checkbox that says to include a bibliography. This is, to say the least, a counter-intuitive place to put that. Please put it in a more obvious place. While digging through the forum trying to find out how to do this, some of the posts by users were wrong, and the whole process was tedious and time-consuming.
