Hi,
my problem. I got endnote web cite while you write pre installed in word (which is not possible to de install). Now I bought endnote x6 and it is only shown as inactive add-in and but does not show up in the word menu, so i cant use it at all.
does anyne know this problem? i am desperate!

If switching the tools does not work from the EndNote Web Preferences dialog and the tools are disabled, you can try to re-enable them in Word by following the steps found in this article:
