X5 Cite While You Write floating window not appearing in Microsoft Word 2011 for Mac

Hi all,

Basically as the subject says: the Cite While You Write floating window is no longer appearing in MS Word 2011 for Mac on my laptop (this is for EndNote X5).

To insert a citation, I annoyingly have to go to the main EndNote window, select the citation I want, then go back to Word to Tools > EndNote X5 > Insert Selected Citation. Strangely, the EndNote Web floating window does work.

What can I do to resolve this issue?

You can only have one or the other in the Windows version.  Not sure in the mac version?
