I tried to update the Endnote since I didn’t update it before I moved to Catalina on MAC. And mine is from an institutional licence. But while upgrading, it showed
“This updater was unable to find any copies of EndNote that could be updated to EndNote X9.3.1.”
I’m sure that the X9.0 is in the application folder.
I’ve seen many people have this issue, is there any solution to the public to solve this issue. Every major upgrade has been a pain in the neck.
