Hi!
There seems to be a bug in X9 which cause data inserted into Pages, Prefix or Sufix (e. g. page number) to be duplicated if the citations are unformatted and formatted back (e.g. p. 12 will become p. 1212 and if you do it again it will become p. 12121212). This doesn’t seem to happen if you change style or add new references, only if you unformat the manuscript.
Will EndNote have a fix for this soon? I’m getting an increasingly number of user complaints about this.
Has anyone found a solution (except for the obvious: avoid unformatting your manuscript)?
