We have two questions:
1. According to the Bluebook law review style, the author name in the bibliography should be displayed as “Surname, first name” and then in the footnote, the format should be “Firstname, surname”. We have tried to edit the style by changing the “Author name” under “Bibliography” and “Footnote” according to the above specifications. But, it does not seem to work. The author names in both the bibliography and the footnotes are displayed in the format as “Firstname, surname”. Any clues as to how to make this work?
2. For book citations, the author names should be displayed in small caps. All other citations (e.g. journal articles) should be in normal. Is there a way to customize the capitalization for different reference types?
