After having sucessfully transfered references from OVID to endnote it is not not working… I have spend hours trying to get this to work and an really not sure what its not working now, nothing has changed. I am using Chrome, Endnote7 desktop and Mac 10.11.6. From exporting citations in OVID I’m selecting EndNote and then opening the application and its now greying out all other options and not allowing me to progress. Any support would be greatly appreciated. thanks
