I am trying to use CWYW with Endnote X9 and Word 15.28 for Mac.
When I try and add a new citation it looks like this: {Béland, 2009 #24}.
I have tried turning instant formatting on and off and this doesn’t help. I’ve also tried different citations from different libraries but I still get the same problem.
Appreciate any suggestions!

I assume you also tried “update citations and bibliography” button? Make sure you haven’t changed the temporary citation delimiter in the bibliography dialog? But if that were the case, new inserted citations should work.
