My Windows 8 firewall wont allow me to connect with the online search at my EndNote, and because of this I can’t complete my university tasks.
The message: “Host refused connection at the TCP level” (Firewall?) (Unauthorized IP Address?)
I even tried to open a port, but still doesnt work. I downloaded the individual file of my university’s library from your website, but still not working.
Any advice?
