EndNote online timing out when searching for duplicates.

Evening,

I have a database with 48k references. I’m trying to search for duplicates but it keeps timing out, saying its exceeded the 180 seconds allowed.

Does anyone know if there is a workaround for this? I expect it’s going to take longer than 180 seconds to search through that many references. Should I run it on a higher processor?

I have also got this problem trying to filter out my duplicates according to different field - it keeps timing out and refreshing before I have finished going through them.  Very annoying and would appreciate some advice.
