Hi,
I have a problem with Endnote web CWYW plugin for Mac. Today I’ve tried to change the output citation style using Tools>EndNote Web>format bibliography but the box is only containing “Author - Date”. Usually it worked … But not anymore. I would like to recover the list of citation styles.
I’m using Microsoft Word 211 / Mac os x mountain lion and endnote web CWYW 15.0.7473

It looks like your EndNote Web roaming access has expired. You will need to log into your EndNote Web account from your institution to restore full account access from any computer with an internet connection. The following knowledgebase article touches upon this process-
