EndNote X3 - An old bug is back again

I just upgraded. I tried saving and reopening my saved onlne PubMed searches. The fields are not saved/restored correctly.  For example, “Journal” and “Issue” become “Any Fields.”

This is very disruptive to the work flow having to constantly correct these saved entries and occasionally making incorrect assumptions that certain articles do not exist.

Would you please correct this ASAP?  I will have to go back to X2 otherwise.

Reproduced here, too. Even switching to Preview pane and coming back to Search pane changes the selection of the filed back to All Fields. It seems to happen only with online search. Search in local library seems to be okay.
