I have just installed Endnote X7 on a new Macbook, after managing to salvage a backed up library from my old (dying) Macbook Pro, and I had it all working, pretty much
Tonight I was trying to set up the automatic imports from my pdf folder, and as soon as I did so Endnote froze. Now when I open it I just get the spinning ball, and cant access any of the commands from the menu bar
a) what did I do wrong?
b) what do I do now?
Should I simply delete the program and reinstall? I cant access the menu to properly uninstall it, and am worried it will create more of a mess if I just try to hunt down all the relevant files and delete them.
