Bump- anyone have a suggestion?
I’m using EndNote X4 and was able to connect and search through the Curtin library catalog so it seems the connection file is correct.
Just curious but did you check that the Curtin connection file is selected? On later versions of EndNote it will appear under the “Online Search” on the main window (see Image1). If this feature isn’t available in your EndNote program, check that the connection file is selected by going to the toolbar, select EDIT, CONNECTION FILES, OPEN CONNECTION MANAGER. The connection file should display a checkmark (see Image2) if it was pre-selected.
