Generate XML references to Import

I apologize if this has already been answered.

We have a database with meta-data related to all our reports (author, year, pages, etc).  With this I’d like to create an XML file to import into EndNote.  However, I can’t seem to find a schema for this export.  Is this possible?

We currently generate MARC records using this meta-data, so I hope its no too difficult :slight_smile:

Your database program may be able to export data as xml files. What program are you using?

SQL Server.  I just need to know the shema for the data elements.  Something like:

<record>

  <title>My title</title>

  <author>Jason</author>

   …

</record>

<record>

<title>My title 2</title>

<author>Kevin</author>

…

</record>
