incorrect format obtained

I cannot get my endnote to format the bibliography properly. I have chosen Journal Medicinal Chemistry as the output style but it does not provide this result. Suggestions?

Do you mean nothing happens or that the bibliography displays incorrect entries? If the former, did you select the Journal Medicinal Chemistry in both EndNote and MS Word (see attached image).  If the latter could you provide examples of the incorrect and correct formats.
