I have a severe problem using Endnote X9. When I insert citations to a word document, instead of showing these format:
(Kanaley et al., 2022)
(Reid & Dallaire, 2019)
I face the moved and inverted parentheses like these:
Kanaley et al., 2022))
) Reid & Dallaire, 2019)
I tried to resolve this problem by reinstalling the endnote, reinstalling office word, and even reinstalling my windows but none of them could not fix my problem. 
Has anybody ever had this problem? How can I fix this?
