When trying to input references in to word from endnote I get a dialogue box stating No matching records were found, although I can see them in my endnote library. The word document is searching a different endnote library. Can I change things so it searches the library I need it to search?
This finally became available to respond to. Not sure why it took so long.
Have you sorted it out. Have you opened the correct library first in Endnote?
