no printing in reference (word 2013)

Using “Journal Article” as the reference type and completing the fields - Vol, issue and Pages with 117, July, 32.  My word Reference displays, 

Wahlquist, G 1996, ‘Smith & Waddington’, Restored Cars, vol. 117, no. July, p. 32.

Where is the “no.” coming from? and how do I get rid of it

I am assuming that the template has the no. but it isn’t properly linked to the issue field, which is empty.  – Can you attach the output style you are using – or tell us which one it is - if it is unaltered?
