Returning CWYW to Word

I’m a Mac User (Sierra 10.12.5) and two days ago downloaded a trial version of Endnote 8 after being very satisfied with Endnote 6 for many years.  I tried it for about a day and found it clunky and weird (my references were sorted randomly by first initial or last name).  So I Uninstalled it.  But now Cite While You Write, which was updated to Endnote 8, seems invisible to me in Word.  I went to the web site where the suggestion was to re-install Version 6, which I did.  The program works and I’m happy for that, but now I cannot figure how to get the Toolbar and functionality back in Word.  Admittedly I’m running an ancient version of Microsoft Office (ca. 2011), but a few days ago there were no problems.

Any suggestions?
