stop reverting to groups in working with Word

I’m using EndNote with Word and whenever I go from Word back to EndNote to browse and look for a  new reference, it seems like the default is to just show the group of citations that are already cited for this document.

Is there a way to make the default that ALL citations are shown when I come back to EndNote rather than having to switch to all citations every time?    THANKS in advance for your suggestions.

Check whether you have applied the most recent patch to Endnote.  This was fixed.  I thnk you should be on version X4.0.2?  You can initiate the patch down load from the help menu of endnote.  Help>  “Endnote program update”.
