Switched to better style, but not cannot insert citations in text

Dear Community,

I have now switched to APA 6th (attached) and the bibliography shows, but now I cannot insert citations, e.g. “(Smith, 2011)”, in the text.

It should – are you sure this is the output style on the Endnote ribbon in word?  What does the Unformated citation look like?
