Transfering change case entries from one computer to the next

I am running Endnote v 9 and got a new computer.  How do I transfer the change case entries from the old to the new computer?

There should be a file called ENCase.txt usually in C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\EndNote.  the folders may however be hidden. The ENSort.txt  and RefTypeTable.xml are in the same location.  I am not sure if there are other files there that you might want to move.  (this is true for  EndnoteX version on WinXP)
