Transferring account between institutions

Hello,

I work in a library and train students in EndNote Web. Some of the heaviest users are Master’s students who are only here for a year and might continue postgraduate research at another institution. How easy is it for students to continue to access their existing EndNote web account when they move to a different university that still subscribes to EndNote Web? Is it just a matter of logging in and changing your email address if necessary, or do you have to contact ISI to change your affiliation?

When switching institutions people should contact our technical support with the email address the account is under and the names of both the old and new institutions. Tech Support Form
