Trouble automatically generating bibliography at end of paper

Dear Forum,

I am writing a short research paper (18 pages) and the style (attached) does not generate a bibliograph the end, even though I have selected this option.

There are no templates in that output style under Bibliography, hence no bibliography will be produced?  In fact there are NO templates – not citation, not footnote, and not bibliography. the whole thing is blank?
